The Incredible Telomere Protein and Ultimatium™
By A. True Ott, PhD
If you haven’t yet heard of the word “telomere”, chances are that you will soon. It is rapidly becoming a very popular term in the discussion of anti-aging amongst the aging “Baby Boom” generation.
By definition, telomere is the word that describes a coating of specialized protein on the end of the human chromosome pairs. It’s kind of like the protective coating on the end of a shoelace that keeps it from unraveling. Modern research has determined that telomeres are the tell-tale indicators of human health and can accurately measure potential human longevity. Researchers have determined that there are clear indications that certain lifestyle choices and of course daily stress can alter the vital telomere functions. For instance, if you smoke, your telomere proteins are negatively impacted over time. High emotional stress? Same story. Ditto with alcohol or drug abuse. Get the picture?
Each minute of every day, human cells divide and replicate themselves in a process called mitosis. In fact, every cell that makes up the human body is replaced totally every 7 years! If certain enzymes are deficient in the body, the cells which compose the human body age prematurely – as measured and quantified by analyzing the genetic telomere protein coating. An example of one such study is the one conducted by the University of California at San Francisco in partnership with Kaiser Pemanente.. Click HERE for the story, and click HERE for the basic facts about telomere and the vital enzyme called telomerase.
The bottom line for you to understand is that there is a specific enzyme called telomerase that researchers who received the 2009 Nobel Prize discovered must be present in sufficient quantities at the cellular level in order to preserve the integrity of the telomere protein. The billion dollar question is simply: “What is needed by the human body in order for it to produce the enzyme telomerase.” In other words, what is the true pillar of protection needed – the enzyme itself or the precursor nutrients that allow the cell to manufacture telomerase?
Please understand that MINERALS are best described as broad-spectrum Co-Enzyme Factors – which simply means that without specific minerals – the body has a very difficult time producing ANY enzyme – especially telomerase. While I have been declaring this truth in lecture after lecture for over 15 years, I am no longer the only research source for this data. Consider the public declarations of the Linus Pauling Institute located at Oregon State University concerning just one co-enzyme mineral – zinc.
While zinc is truly a catalyst mineral – my research has shown that other minerals are just as important in telomerase production. The elements rhodium and iridium are super-conductor elements that MUST NOT be overlooked in this discussion.
The product named Ultimatium™ is the only supplement to provide elemental platinum group minerals such as rhodium and iridium to the human cells. When combined with elemental zinc, enzymatic production is boosted dramatically.
It is suggested therefore, that to protect your vital telomere coating, you should supplement minerals that in turn allow healthy levels of telomerase to be produced. You should also seriously consider lifestyle changes as well.
Telomerase Enzyme Protocol
3 (Three) Dropperfuls of Zinc daily
1 (one) Dropperful of Copper daily
2 (two) Dropperfuls of Platinum (Pl typically surges energy, so it should be used in the AM.)
2 (Two) Dropperfuls of Gold at bedtime (Gold also helps promote deep REM sleep cycles.)
3-5 DROPS of M.E.M. Ultimatium™ daily
Avoid Cellular Stressors such as Alcohol, Tobacco Smoke, and Drugs – (Even px drugs such as pain-killers should be avoided if possible)
