I used this magnesium when I was pregnant and had leg cramps. This magnesium (combine with calcium) would make the leg cramp go away COMPLETELY within one minute, although usually it was typically gone within 30 seconds. I would highly recommend this product.

Mother Earth Minerals’ magnesium is the only magnesium supplement that I can tolerate because it has no side effects. With other forms of magnesium I was getting digestive problems. I have had issues with vitamin deficiency, magnesium being one of them. I purchased this product, and started taking a teaspoon of it, under my tongue for a couple of minutes, each night. I have noticed a VERY significant reduction in heart palpitations, and my sleep is better. It did not cause any “bowel issues”, like other magnesium supplements I have used. I love using angstroms magnesium! I keep it by my bedside and it’s easy to take and doesn’t interfere with digestion like a lot of other magnesium products, because it gets absorbed under the tongue.
