The number seven is surprisingly prevalent through aspects of our world and
bodies. In this seminar Dr. Ott takes us through the staggering variety of the
magnificent seven.
For example, the minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, selenium,
vanadium and chromium are what Dr. Ott has referred to in the past as the
Magnificent Seven essential minerals. As these prime minerals are the precursor
elements in the production of cellular enzymes and hormones. Without these basic
minerals, your cells and organs cannot produce enzymes. Without these essential
enzymes, your endocrine glands cannot efficiently produce hormones such as
testosterone, estrogen, adrenalin, and of course — insulin. Moreover, recent
studies have shown a definite link between low hormone production with the big
three killers — cancers, heart disease, and stroke.

Please note, that there are some audio quality issues in the video, especially in the last quarter of it. We’re unsure of why it happened, but we’ve lowered the decibel level of the section so it hopefully isn’t too annoying. In spite of the issues, we hope you’re able to learn something new and enjoy viewing the seminar. http://www.youtube.com/embed/c1K5sDiVrc4
